Trainee Travel Grant

The GWSSA has a travel grant available each year.  The grant is available up to the value of £500. Occasionally we will have additional funding available for more than one applicant. Where we receive multiple applications, consideration will be made on the proposed use of the funds, and whether additional sources of funding have also been requested. We will generally ask recipients of the travel grant to present something related to their work at either our trainee or spring meeting.

To apply for a Travel Grant, Travel Grant Applications should be completed and sent to: gwssasecretary@gmail.com and geoffrey.warnock@ggc.scot.nhs.uk.

Glasgow Anaesthetic Research Club (GARC) Prizes

Prizes are available for the winners and runner-ups of each Glasgow Anaesthetic Research Club afternoon.

The available prizes are:

• 1st place award – £150 (two available).
• Runner-up award – £50.
